The Disease to Please
Releasing the need to keep everyone happy, so you can honour yourself without guilt.
Mind-Body Healing Circles · For women · Online
Gentle online circles for women who are tired of holding everything together. Each one explores a single theme and includes a guided group healing experience, drawing on the same subconscious tools I use in my one-to-one work, plus a hypnosis audio to keep.
How a circle works
No preparation and no experience needed. Simply find a quiet, private space where you can sit or lie comfortably.
We begin gently, with a few moments to land, breathe and let the day fall away.
A short, insightful teaching on the theme, bringing together the mind-body connection and what I see as a doctor.
A guided group healing experience using one of my subconscious healing tools, so you can let go of what no longer serves you.
You receive a hypnosis audio to listen to afterwards, helping the shifts settle in over the days that follow.
Who it's for
The circles are a gentle, affordable way to experience subconscious healing, with the warmth of other women walking a similar path.
The themes
Each circle stands on its own, so you can join for one theme or come along to them all.
Releasing the need to keep everyone happy, so you can honour yourself without guilt.
Gently loosening the belief that you have to earn your worth.
Understanding the protective roots of anxiety and helping your system feel safe again.
Letting go of the guilt that comes with slowing down.
Listening to what your body may be asking for when you have been running on empty.
Reconnecting with who you are beneath the roles you play for everyone else.
From a recent workshop
“The workshop really helped me to understand myself better… truly worth attending.”Amanda, on Trustpilot
Good to know
Not at all. Everything is guided, and many women join a circle as their first experience of subconscious healing.
You never have to share anything you don't want to. You are welcome simply to listen, relax and receive.
A device with Zoom, a quiet and private space, and somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down. Headphones can help you relax more deeply.
Hypnosis is safe for most people, but it is not right for everyone, for example if you have a history of psychosis or epilepsy. Please read the full guidance in my FAQ, and get in touch if you are unsure. Circles work alongside your usual medical care and never replace it.
Of course. If you would like deeper, personalised support, explore ways to work with me or book a free clarity call.
