We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

SECURING YOUR INFORMATION

Dr Shyra Raj takes the security of data seriously and as such:

• All data is held securely with a password protected cloud based storage system.
• Any data transmitted is sent encrypted and password-protected, where possible

• Your data is kept for 10 years (this is the requirements of our insurer). After this time any computer records permanently deleted.

Please note that:
• We are not in control of data (including emails and texts) which you send to us;
• Mobile phone and desktop applications such as Facebook routinely access any information held on electronic devices and this is beyond our control.

• Any texts/other communication messages sent between you and Dr Shyra Raj are held on an iPhone which is accessed via face recognition/passcode protected.


Remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


If there is any breach of data security then Dr Shyra Raj will give full details to the Information Commissioners Office and any person affected within 72 hours of the breach and do all that is possible to minimise any potential impact.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
